I had the new pulled pork sandwich. It was tasty but very dry. Needed more sauce
The food & service is awesome. The customer service skills is excellent. The staff is very nice to me. I was there yesterday on 13th & market & they are extremely excellent. I had a bacon Hamburger with oioion Ring on it & french fries & my Pepsi soda. I enjoyed my dinner last night. :)
I went to the " Hard Rock Cafe" last night for the first time( the one at 12 & Market St in Center City) ..It was for my great- grandson's 6th birthday...He actually wanted to go there because he was intrigued by the " Big Swinging Guitar As He Calls It" .The waiter was very accommodating to our every need..We had 3 little kids n he saw to their every need..He was very accommodating to the adults also...I had a very enjoyable n pleasant evening...Kudos To The Staff.���������
Way too pricey. All I wanted was a simple burger and not have to mortgage my home!
Great place in Philadelphia for a relaxed lunch or dinner .
We had a great time passing through last night. Elissa was a great server and had her A-game. We enjoyed the Southwest Flatbread and some tangy wings. Kudos to the rock shop manager...one of the better stocked shops we have seen in a while (especially apparel). Our only negative comment is we would like to see the old music video format back! We understand that Philly is one of the test locations for the new format, but our opinion is you can't scrap it fast enough!
Celebrated my son’s birthday and everyone was very nice, the food was delicious & they sung happy birthday.... the waitress was wonderful.... we will be going back
Service wss perfect. Our meals and drinks dto. Weiter so!
Had great service, waitress was nice and served with a smile. I was disappointed that they changed their menu and took away my favorite starter!
