A great place with a very gently service! And don’t forget the rock context! So cool!

The Hard Rock hosted an Educause Conference mixer. Good food, nice venue, friendly staff. We were in the Philadelphia Room, which was a great, private space.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant this past Sat night attending the Rocky Horror Picture Show. First of all, the service was slow. Second of all, why on Gods green earth would you think it was a good idea to have water fall onto the floor during the opening scene creating a hazard and the reason I know this is because I'm the guy who slipped and fell as soon as I got up from my chair!!!!!
Went to the rocky horror drag show waited outside in line since 730pm as a party of 3. We were one of the first groups in,ordered our appetizers and meals and drinks at 9 pm, and we watched every single other person catered to we did not receive our drinks untill 10pm and did not receive our appetizers and meals until 11pm anytime we tried to check to see where our food got ignored. Didn't get to enjoy the full experience of the show. A big waste of $192 and time.
Took a while to be seated, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Had to ask waitress several times for more BBQ sauce for the pulled pork sandwich. Food was good and atmosphere next to the train station was unique.
Here to see Rocky horror drag show. Terrible choice of venue. Can’t even get a seat after paying in advance and making a reservation. I feel totally ripped off. The staff were far from helpful and had horrible attitudes once you got past the front door. Will never try to see a show here again. Not worth it at all. Spent full price to make my own seating in a corner and couldn’t even order food while I watched others dine. Manager looked totally lost and overwhelmed.
