We were able to make a reservation online shortly before we arrived. Food was good and service was a little slow however our server is new. He honored every request we had and was very polite and gracious! We’ll be back again.
Marcelis (sp?) was our server, I can't say enough great things about him! Stopped for a bite before catching the train home with my 6 year old daughter. We came from the Academy of Music, very hot, and very hungry! He was on top of our order, and quick with the refills! Having a very picky 6 yo, didn't phase him at all, everything served with a smile and the best part was when he asked her how everything was, not me... Good rib eye, great salads and great service. Sasha made us feel more then welcome.
We stopped in to get a break from walking during the AFSP Out of the Darkness Walk. Our waiter was very attentive and I had some of the best nachos ever! Love this place!
1st time to this Hard Rock Cafe and the food and service was excellent!
Second time here and been to several HRC chain restaurants. Service was great. Food was great (spring rolls and chicken strips) but berry colada drinks had no buzz whatsoever.
Food was ok, not good good enough to rate as excellent. Service was sub-par. Our server was less than friendly until we asked for our checks then he became very hospitable. Of course he gets friendly then—-it’s time for the tip!
