In brief - if you’re young and not American you have to bring your passport out with you just to get served. Travelling solo, was ushered to the bar for food. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the bar tender (it’s not a big bar!) and when I asked for a beer he wanted to see my ID - fair enough, I’m 25 but know I look younger. I produced my UK/EU driving license which was rejected as they ‘don’t accept foreign ID’ - so he asked for my passport. Funnily enough I don’t carry my passport with me at night. The food was wonderful and out waitress Kit was great! Only bad thing was the leaking roof dripping on the table next to us.
Really good food and a truely enjoyable experience for this out-of-towner. Really had a lot of fun.

Just really a nice place
Mediocre service. Food was decent. Wait staff failed pretty badly. Been to a few hard rocks. All seem to have less than acceptable service. Disappointed
I’ve been to multiple HRC’s and this one is my favorite (so far)! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is inviting and friendly. Our food was hot and delicious. Our server, Paul, was over the top awesome and Steven, in the HR shop was incredibly friendly. Don’t let the size of the dining area scare you off; they also have a separate dining room filled with nothing but Philadelphia memorabilia.
