They were knowledgeable and friendly. Stephen listened to what I wanted and shared his personal experiences which helped with my decision. The pricing was per the Costco program guide with no pressure. The trade in was fairly priced as well. It was worth the drive!
This is my first time purchasing a Subaru and I’m very pleased with the quality and drivability of my Crosstrek. The dealership experience was very pleasant. They provided excellent customer service and were very low pressure.

The dealership has excellent customer service in every area that I have dealt with so far. I have one criticism. It took over 2-1/2 hours to see someone in finance after I committed to buying the car. I understand they were busy that day, but the wait was too long. Once I met with a finance person, the process went fairly quickly and the personnel were courteous and informative.
Outstanding sales and education on the Subaru Outback. Leaned more on the features I was not aware of in the instrument panel and the computer in the the dashboard.

The Love-Encore was great. I did a lot of research before I bought my Outback Wilderness, and I am a nerd who actually does read the owner's manual, but she was still able to show me a few features I didn;t know about. Plus, she told me about a few accessories and how to set stuff up that I didn't know about (I've already ran a charging cable from the back to keep it more out of the way than pluggin into the dash.)
