We drove about 2 hours from Gainesville to shop at Hanania Subaru in Orange Park. We were in contact with 4 dealerships and Hanania had what we wanted and at the best price. When we arrived ALL the employees there treated us so well. We purchased a 2025 Blue Pearl Subaru Limited with both packages. This car has so much that I may never know how to use everything. lol They also gave us the price we wanted for our trade in. If you want a new car give our salesman Almir Torres a call. He is there to help you.
Great communication and follow up, Patrick was easy to work with and Stephen really helped out with all the new functionson the car once it was delivered.
Friendly, courteous, and the wait time was acceptable. The gentleman who checked me out even contacted SiriusXM to take care of an issue with the satellite radio.
Bought a used car from this place and one week later the check engine light turns on. Called the dealership, left a voicemail did not call back until after 6 and was not able to return call because dealer was closed after 6. The service writer went above and beyond to get my car fixed. The Check Engine light kept coming on and it wasn’t an easy problem to find. It took several days for the technician to find deep within the engine there was an oil leak. My car is almost 8 years old with only 55,000 miles on it. I was given a loaner so they could order the parts, make the extensive repairs and make sure there were no leaks. Dakota went above and beyond and made our new car purchase enjoyable. He was personable, but knowledgeable. He went out of his way and worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted.
