My wife and I are from southern Indiana and was visiting a relative for thanksgiving. Since we were going to be there and we needed to replace a second vehicle, I printed out info on one vehicle. When we arrived at the dealer, we were greeted warmly, as if they had known us a long time. My sales rep, Ermir, was very professional and knew everything about this car when I asked questions. If you are considering buying a Subaru at Speedway Subaru you have found the best dealership. We had the pleasure of working with Amanda Wallace. Outstanding experience. We’ve been purchasing vehicles at this location since 2006. Always a good experience. They don’t try to “sell”, listens to your need. Very knowledgeable and work to expedite the process.

Sales team was very helpful and informative. The process of buying the vehicle was relatively fast with not much waiting around. The appointment to explain the features of the car about 2 weeks after purchase was helpful as well.
Sales consultant willing to discuss and negotiate "drive off the lot" final vehicle price. Sales consultant spent several hours with us at dealership going over all details with us and making sure that got the vehicle we wanted and needed at the best price. We were give opportunities to test drive more than one vehicle to compare their trim level features. No pressure to buy more than we wanted in a vehicle.

Three dissapointments with our service: 1) they had to order replacement parts (door edge cards) but the order dissappeared. And we were never called. So they were reordered again, still we were not called, so I called parts myself. 2) the item installed was totally unlike what was discribed. 3) it took them just over 2 hours to install the metal (hard door edge guards), which seems hard to believe.
