Friendly and responsive. Jason knew his stuff. He saw us contemplating the price, he we back to the finace manager and came back eith an even better price. Even after the sale jason still wants to help. The staff is uber courteous, they will make you feel like family.
Outback was in Service Dept over 8 months This dealership has problems that start at the top. Three Service Managers in 8 months, NOT GOOD. My 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 (fully loaded) with 10600 miles backfired for no reason and then the engine started ticking. Called the 1-800 number and the car was towed to Subaru OP for inspection and repair. That was in November 2016. SInce then, the engine has been worked on and worked on and worked on. We never got any updates from the upper management team unless we reached out to them ... read more
