Good buying experience Saw a 2016 Legacy on line that I liked. Called and spoke to Sean Kelley who worked out all the numbers and details before I made the 3 hour trip to the dealership. Once I arrived all the figures were correct, no last minute changes or sales pitches. Excellent price on the car (or I would not have driven 3 hours!). Got my 2017 Outback I did not need help deciding on what Subaru I wanted, only when and for what price. Tim was very professional and knew all the car's bells and whistles. He was not pushy, only politely persistent. I left feeling I got a decent price for a great car. My only complaint was the time it took to complete the deal, but even the finance manager, Bob, was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a good experience. I should mention that this is my 3rd Outback from SOP!
Sharing a great experience This car buying experience was so easy and pleasant. There was zero pressure. Our sales rep was Sean Kelley. He was patient, friendly, helpful, informative and he did not possess that typical car salesman persona. He was very respectful with regard to prepurchase communication as well. Purchase of a 2017 Forester Sean was our first contact and made the car buying experience fun and seamless. My wife & I have had some horrific car buying experiences in the past. This was the opposite! We moved from Sean Kelley to Benjie Weber to Bob D'Amelio and everyone was professional, courteous, listened well to our needs, and provided us with exceptional service. We definitely felt appreciated and respected. Customer service was just what everyone was about. Car buying experience doesn't get any better than this.
Deceptive Practice If you had any vehicle serviced by this area, and your service Advisor was Charles Moore he was not a qualified service manager, but the dealership allowed him to diagnose car problems... this was told to me by the New Service Manager "Tim" plus they have had possession of my car since sept 2016,
Worse car buying experience ever No recommending this place to anyone. Salesman was rude, laud, and disrespectful. No respect for military or veteran. Offered me a $20.00 military rebate on a $30,000 car. A total disgrace.k
