Always on time and do what they say. Service is very expensive today at dealerships. But you're paying for their expertise, warranty of service, genuine Subby parts, service with a smile and a loaner if available.

Great service from Elliot Haire Elliot didn't try and pressure us but just told us all of the facts about the car that we wanted to know and was able to get us a great deal. We ended up having to order the car but throughout the 4 months that it took, he contacted me several times with updates on the progress. When the car finally arrived, I was not able to show up until it was his day off from work, but he showed up anyways to make sure the everything was good with the car.

Subaru – the best car and the best salesperson JC Matthews I had done a lot of reading about cars before I went to make the purchase of my car. So I knew that Subaru was a great car and I picked Subaru of orange park since it is near where I live. But I was really lucky that the sales person who worked with me was JC Matthews. Two used cars in three months A classified ad brought us to the dealership and we were met by Tyler Hopgood. We left that night with a very nice used Ford Escape and a very positive experience at the dealership. Soon after the need arose for another used car so I contacted Tyler and asked for his help in finding a perfect one. He came through for us and we purchased a fantastic Honda Fit. The process was stress-free and we always felt comfortable with every stage of the transactions (both times).

First-time Subaru Owner It has been 15 years since I purchased my last car and I was nervous about buying a new one, even though I had spent a lot of time researching before making a decision. A GREAT place to buy a new vehicle J. C. Matthews is a great salesman who really knows the features and details about the vehicle. We were looking at the 2015 Outback, along with 3 other vehicles. We were most impressed with J.C.'s knowledge and ability to go over the vehicle from bumper to bumper and explain how everything worked. Forester Purchase Tyler Hopgood was fantastic to work with. He spent a lot of time with us (several Saturdays) and was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru products. He even went the extra mile by delivering our car top luggage carrier to our house when we could not fit it into our vehicle. He provided outstanding customer service and we would use him again for our future vehicle purchase.

Great Service!!! Roger Young and the staff helped me when I was stranded in Jacksonville!! I live in Holmes Beach Fl five hours south and needed to go home! From the moment I was towed in to the moment I pulled off their parking lot I was treated with utmost kindness!!! I had been stranded on I-75 and AAA towed me to Subaru of Orange Park.
