Very Pleased with Service The problem was identified and corrected in a friendly, professional manner. I could not have asked for better service. I needed a new axle on an old Subaru and they did it more efficiently than some oil changes I have had at other service centers.

First Used Car Purchase Frankly I was a little uncomfortable buying a used car and am not sure if the price was too high or not, but Cher helped me through the experience. She was very helpful and courteous and even came over to help me transfer my tag from my old car to this one. She was one of a kind. I had to take the car back in due to a noise, which they fixed in a very timely manner. One of the best companies I have dealt with.

Exceptional Sales Man Tyler Hopgood made our new Subaru purchase an enjoyable eexperience. 2011 Civic SI Sedan Brent Andrus is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I travelled down from Savannah and he made sure all my needs were met. He's a really personable guy and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend checking out this dealership because they offer reasonable deals. Ask for Brent, you won't be disappointed.

Best buying experience I've ever had! I purchased a new Subaru WRX from my salesperson Katey. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, also very patient as I was trying to decide which vehicle to buy. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle she is definitely the person you want to see! Are they 'liars', you be the judge. Went here on Christmas Eve to buy a new Crosstrek. When salesman brought me the price, I told him that was too much. The sales manager then came out. He said that the price they were giving me was the lowest they could go as it was the price the dealer paid for the car. He offered to show it to me on his computer, and I told him not to bother because I thought he could show me any price he wanted to. He asked me if I was calling him a 'liar', and I said no. not a happy customer Purchased a 2015 forester on june 30, 2014. Chose the base model, when test drove tire light was on. We had an attractive female saleswoman, she knew the vehicle pretty well. Asked her a few times about tint, she didn't offer any arrangements to make that happen. Subaru of jax had a white forester which is the color I wanted, however, Subaru of op was quick to price match so that kept us there, saved us a drive. 2015 sti purchase I recently purchased a 2015 sti from brent andrus at subaru of orange park. I normally hate going in to dealerships but this experience was completely different. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and overall very nice to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends or family to see him about purchasing a vehicle.
