I love my Subaru My experience was awesome. I had no buyers remorse which usually happens after I purchase a new car. Sean was excellent as well. Everyone I met were professional and kind.
Easiest car buying experience I did my homework before going to this dealership and was pleasantly surprised that they were within a few hundred of my trade in value and were straight forward with the car I wanted to purchase.
Amazing customer service Manager Charles Smith, Finance Bob and salesperson Segundo P offered amazing customer service, great price, trade in value and ideal financing! Highly recommended i will definitely return! Love my new STI!
Relax car buying When you coming to the showroom you don't have a bunch of sales person waiting to attack. Is a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly too, believed or not. It is hard to find car dealers willing to work with you and make feel good at the same time.

Worst service center ever. Let me start by saying I am a Subaru Ambassador who promotes the goodness of Subaru. ( as of 3 days later I am no longer an ambassador, and removed for trying to help others not get screwed by this specific dealer) DONT SWEEP CONSUMER COMLAINTS UNDER THE RUG!!! Makes you seem more shady... I'm only dealing with Subaru of Jacksonville from now on.
