Reception constantly empty, the shower door in our room was missing, breakfast was tasteless, and coffee machines with no coffee, quite embarrassing, looking at the reviews probably we got there at the wrong time, charging that much of money for the experience we had was a robbery.
Third time staying here and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are a delight - always so so friendly at reception and enjoy a chat, it’s a happy atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and clean and the little details are good - like decent hairdryers that actually have power! Everything works and if it doesn’t they’ll fix it. Views from the breakfast room are stunning.
