Worst Hotel Stay of my life - will not be staying again. - fraudulent claims by staff and managment When we checked in there was a bag covering the smoke alarm. When we checked out everything was ok. the following day, I was charged an extra £250.00 to my card - the hotel cleaner claims we smoked in the room and the room smelled of cigarettes. This is a complete Lie - me and my partner are non smokers and the cleaning lady cleaned our room the day prior to us leaving and didnt complain about the smell. this is becuase there ... read more

I just keep coming back! Very clean and comfortable room, huge spa like shower, big TV and all mod cons. Fridge is big enough to hold a 2 litre bottle of water and much more. The buffet breakfast is excellent with all imaginable choices. Staff are friendly, professional and really provide an excellent service. A particularly big THANK YOU to Gretel for joining in the fun of surprises for my colleague's 60th birthday by giving her a bottle of Prosecco. Booked two rooms woth a cot in each room got email to confirm same, when arrived at hotel from ireland ad 18.30 was told there was no cots avaliable, staff very poor and not one bit understanding , avoid avoid avoid

Great value hotel with good amenities and fee breakfast . Very near bus station and car parks. Rooms are great also. But tv sound set too low.
