Great place nice comfy rooms friendly staff
Stayed here many times before and must say this was the best stay yet. We were checked in by Scarlett who was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the team. In over 100 stays in hotels all over the world she has been hands down the friendliest, professional and genuine soul receptionist we have met. Scarlett made my daughter feel at ease ( she had additional needs) gave us all the information we needed and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok with our stay. Nice modern rooms and i was lucky enough to have an excellent view of the road and train station outside. And i didnt have any issue with road noise either. Brekfast is decent but can get busy. They need to spread out the food options more to mitigate this.
