This stay was a little disappointing considering it was a Hilton! First room we were allocated was so small you couldn’t get alongside the bed to get out against the bathroom wall! They showed us another room which was a little bigger with about an extra 6 inches from the bathroom wall, not what I was expecting. Friendly staff, modern hotel with decent size clean room. There were a couple of marks on the carpet but other than that a well equipt room with nice bathroom with large walk in shower. Very quiet even though our room was on the second floor and faced out onto a main road. The windows were very well soundproofed. Very good aircon and a comfy bed.. I was given a dirty room at check in and blamed for selecting the room. They literally said I selected the dirty room doing my check in so it’s my fault. this is unacceptable and terrible customer service. Untrained staff. I raised it with the team in the hospital and they stated that the staff is correct and that I am at fault for picking a dirty room to check into despite not knowing the room would be dirty when they offered me a choice.

الغرفه مكتومه مافيها دريشه والفراش جتني حكه منه و المواقف بفلوس في تعليق يقول مجانا طلع الموقف بفلوس الصباح يرن جهاز الإنذار يقومك من النوم تعامل الموظفين سيء جدا عجزت اكمل يوم فيه ي جماعة الخير الي بيكتب تعليق ينتبه مهب ابتسمو لك تمدحهم

Very basic room, nothing too special. But nice location and friendly staff. The gym facilities were really good and enjoyed using them! Breakfast was included - it can be busy depending on the time. Huge parking space. Overall l had comfortable stay!
