Our stay at the Hampton Inn Glasgow was absolutely delightful! From the moment we checked in, we felt incredibly welcomed. Rory at the front desk was a true star – so friendly, efficient, and helpful, making the arrival process a breeze. I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Glasgow Central and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the TV was impressively large. The location is super convenient for getting around the city. However, I’m giving four stars instead of five because of an issue with the check-in process. I received an automatic email the day before saying I could check in early using the Hilton app, which I did. I arrived a day late for my stay here and despite it being paid the hotel gave my room away and presumably also resold the room!
