Great modern hotel in a great location. Service is excellent. A few bits that could do better: design flaw of the tap/sink in the bathrooms it means water ends up flooding the counter top; additionally the shower head is terrible; breakfast selection is limited and lacks flavour.

Reading the reviews and replies from the hotel team, they seem to be vanilla responses, I have not witnessed the promised improvements given our stay and experience. While there were some positives, particularly the friendliness of the cleaning staff and the professionalism of the chef in the restaurant, several aspects of my experience fell short of the standard I expected. Good clean hotel with decent breakfast options. However, few things could have been better. I was bit lost inside the car park not sure which way is the reception; it is not sign posted and it annoyed me (you have to come out of the car entrance). The bed was not comfortable and my body ached and I could not sleep (unlike premier inn beds which are fab) and also felt that the bed was smallish.
