Just a huge shout out to the HILTON customer service promise and offer. I booked a room for guests who needed early check in. As always the staff I spoke with were helpful and polite. Early check in was subject to availability but on the day, they kindly prioritised my room and allowed my guests to be in the room. Little things make all the difference and the reason why I choose Hilton over others.

Such a stupid staff we are 5 ppl got 3 rooms and some friends check in late so their staff come directly to our rooms and said us you can’t be in anyone else room like who you guys are to decide where we gonna sit and had chit chat unprofessional staff no manners no privacy I don’t know what kind of rules they are following like who are you to come directly and knock ours doors we had 3 rooms such a bad experience
Great hotel. But every time I visit, always no disabled car parking spots left as more than 50% took up by cars not showing a disabled badge. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't police this which i think is an under sight from the owers.
