Lovely breakfast and nice staff where nice
Great location close to the City Centrer just minutes walk from Grand Central Train / Bus Station with Plenty of pay for car parking , The staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean and wel kept the bed was firm but comfortable we had a good sleep. The food we did not have Dinner eccept a Pizza at around £12 was good value, The Breakfast was a Buffet and a good Choice could do with an extra Waffle maker but very nice coffee and juice.
Excellent hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful
A massive thank you so very much to all the team from reception mangers kitchen bar staff and cleaners use were alll amazing use wnet above and behond for me and my friend for her birthday. So lovely use all are friendly very kind. Everything about this hotel beautiful as it is is definitely the staff they are the heart of the hotel always smiling and would do anything to help . Can't wait to stay again in this amazing place and big thank you to martin
