The process to trade in my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 for a brand spanking new 2018 Mazda 3 was painless. It only took a few hours after the test drive. Michael Morales, my sales person, really looked out for me and made sure I got the most deals I can get. He showed me all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. If i could rate less than 1 star i would . Try negative 30 stars ! This is by far the WORST dealership I've ever been to . The salesmen are fine HOWEVER the management is lazy as snail $hit . A bunch of lazy , greedy @ssholes !!! They're so worried about making themselves money instead of moving cars off the lot ! Learn some professionalism and then attempt to sell a car . But again the salespeople are great it's just the lazy @ss managers .
