Dropped by without an appointment and still received excellent service. Had an oil change, tire rotation and alignment done while I waited. Only took an hour or so. Greg Lamb is a customer service superstar. Mazdas are the best-kept secret in the automotive world and Hall Mazda is an exceptional dealer.
I hate car shopping. Hate it. Hate it. HATE IT. Fortunately for me I was blessed and impressed with the incredible team at Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach. The service was beyond excellent, Ernest, Fred and Steve were there for me every step of the way and always available to help and answer any and all of my questions. My dreaded outlook on car buying has changed entirely Thanks to this wonderful sales team. I am VERY happy with my CX-5 and I will definitely be returning to Hall Mazda for future vehicle purchases.
My wife and I had just moved back to the States after an overseas assignment and were in desperate need of a car. Steven Campo and Chris were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I hate the haggling process when buying a car but there was none of that when working with Hall Mazda. I would recommend them to anyone!
