This was only my second time buying a car and I just felt at home. Robert Pena was the sales consultant that I worked with and words its self can't explain how great he was at his job. He gave detailed explanations of the car I wanted and did everything in his power to make me feel at home. Honestly the smiles and positive atmosphere I this place is just great alone. I thought buying a new car was supposed to be stressful like my first experience but these guys proved me wrong.
I was really nervous about trading in my Nissan 350z for anything other than another Nissan or Honda. But Robert Pena showed me a Mazda3 Sport manual and the car spoke for itself. Having to make a difficult decision seemed easier with my Reggie Scott as my sales man and Robert at Mazda to explain all the features. Just recently bought a CX-5 from Hall Mazda Va Beach and it was the best car buying experience! The team here has the best customer service! Steven Campo and Jose Avila made my purchase such a breeze, no pressure what so ever and were able to get me what I wanted and more for a great price! They also were able to deliver my vehicle all the way up to Stafford, VA so I could have my vehicle as soon as possible! Thank you both for the amazing service!! Hall continues to impress me. I had a good buying experience and their service dept folks are friendly and they have repaired things without issue. I think Mazda dealers in general just do things different.
