Shout out to Ricky Rigney for the best car experience ever going thru TrueCar. We did everything by text and he followed thru with the 1 hour promise at the dealership to trade the cars. Thanks to Dewey the manager who came out and checked on us before we left !!

My Husband and I was very happy with the service and expertise given to us by Keith Morris. He went well above the normal salesperson. He met us at the door when we carried our new truck back to get running boards installed. He checked on us every hour and even gave us a rental car to go to the Mall. We have dealt with other dealers but never again. Haley Toyota has our business.

I've been looking to buy a new car for several months now and about a week ago decided to go to Shelor. While there they gave me the run around and tried to do me dirty on my car I was trading in. If you bring up problems to the upper management they just blow you off. Ex. Noise coming from the engine that wasent there before. Replied was it's suppose to sound like that. But it didn't before. Not honoring their agreements that was taken out at time of sale sale.
