I recently made a review over the weekend rating 1 star on Facebook, and a formal complaint to the BBB because of a repair incident at their Body Shop. I contacted the Fixed Operations Director, Hoyt Parris, about this today and he was very apologetic, genuine, and seemed sincere. We worked out an agreement that my husband and I are satisfied with, and we will return for future business with Haley Toyota!
