I am highly disappointed in the Service Department. My appointment was for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. It’s 11:00 and I’m still waiting. I have expressed I have another appointment and need to leave. It honestly shouldn’t take this long for this type of service. Why make an appointment if the appointment isn’t kept or done in a timely manner. I don’t usually have a issue here, so I am super disappointed!

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Haley. The sales experience was again great. Like always I worked with Ricky Rigney. He set me up with Jeff Bannon. Jeff and Rickey are top notch. They are very professional and easy to deal with. Ricky cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. We had one slight issue that could happen anywhere. Ricky and Dewey Rottenberry were extremely quick to remedy the problem. I brought my Tundra to have new tires mounted and balanced. I left with the tires mounted and balanced and scratches all inside the rim where the weights for the tire once were. Whoever it was that worked on my truck used a screwdriver or some such tool to pry the weights off and it has several scratches per rim or however many weights there were to remove. I had service work done today. I used your shuttle service. I do not remember the gentleman's name that drove the shuttle, but he is awesome! Thanks again for a ride to work while my car was getting taken care of.
