Haley service is terrible. Every time I have been in there they mess something up and then lie about it. Hoyt is a terrible service manager. This place has terrible communication, they are rude and if you call them on it they just get worse. Only been in there for a couple recalls and they have managed to damage my vehicles each time. They also didn't say a word any of the times. I thankfully noticed and called them on it. Last time they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and the wheel fell off after I left. We were new to the area and had heard good things about Haley Toyota .. So we purchased a 2013 vehicle from Haley Toyota a few years ago, the salesman was suppose to call us with some information about servicing the vehicle and some other questions we had.. Never heard from the guy again .. He made his sale and was done with us !! We also called the 1-800 number about a couple issues (twice) and no one called us back .. We trusted Chuck Baker and his team at Haley Toyota but they let us down .. :(

Great service department that always goes above and beyond to take care of us. Hoyt, the Service Manager, and our service administrator, Steven, were very understanding and made sure we left happy.

The sales person was rude and could careless about customers or making a sale. Will never go back!!!

Came in from Baker,Fl. And it's been a rough few weeks!! Long story is my wife buried her mother this morning and didn't realize we needed service. ( no appointment at Haley) Messaged them last night and this morning and they worked us right in after the funeral service. After being “randomly selected” to receive a $5 car wash at the dealership, I decided to make an appt, as I was due to a car wash anyway. I was quoted 30 mins. IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF. Thinking it would be immaculant given it took 3x the length of time out of my day. Nope. It looks terrible. Besides a basic wash and vacuum that I could have done in a fraction of the time in my own driveway, the inside is dirty and dusty and still in need of cleaning. What a complete waste of time.
