Don't sell used cars that blow up within 5 wks of purchase and then tell the mother of the 17yr (who used a $5000 inheritance from her grandmother) to buy the car..... Very disappointed... been coming here for a long time for oil changes.. was told 3 different prices for an oil change and then a 4th price for the new total. Definitely going to be taking my car somewhere from now on where the cost of the work doesn’t jump around!
AWFUL first experience regarding a used car with Stephen. Time wasted, car was sold as we inquired about it and wanted to set up an appt to see it ... all of a sudden gone! What a waste of time and nothing came or speaking to the sales manager online either. Very VERY disappointed

I had an appointment for an oil change today. Little did I know that my car would be in the body shop for something that could’ve been avoided. How do you close a gigantic service door on top of a car that’s not pulled in all the way. This has literally turned my day into a hell hole. Figured that my first visit went well, so I decided to come back again instead of driving to Lexus. But I guess I will make the trip from now on. This is unacceptable. And i am not happy with today’s visit at all.
I was at the service department and they were really helpful when I had my 2015 Camry worked on. I was informed of all the services my car needed. the showroom and the whole facility was super clean. everyone who worked there was very friendly. the best dealership I've ever been to.
They helped me purchase my new 2017 Toyota Corolla SE. The entire experience was great, and I got a great price compared to other dealerships. I highly recommend Haley!
