We bought a car from Haley in June and I had a good experience with the deal. I am now in the market for a 4 Runner and we went to the lot and couldn’t find the car we had been emailing about so we left. I emailed the salesman I had been talking to and got no response on if the car was still available or not so I sent a text message from the website...still no response, I then chatted with someone on the website and guess what...no response. Guess they aren’t interested in my business so I’ll just take it to Shelor.
Do yourself a favor and drive to another Toyota dealership. Been waiting in service department for 3 hours and counting. Shelor Toyota will be getting my business after today.
Friendly staff and smooth process! Wayne Fulp is the best salesman hands-down - he didn't pressure me in any way and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. I highly recommend Wayne and Haley Toyota!
