I had an appt. for my 20,000 mile service & something is broke on my car & I was told I needed an another appt. for them to look at it ............ i guess they bill Toyota for each visit so if i have to come back more money for them & when i buy my next car it will not be there
I got the deal that I wanted on the model I wanted. The salespeople were quick to help us and were knowledgeable of the inventory. The folks I worked with were fantastic. Special thanks to Donna Fulton and Rob Buster!
Made an appointment approximately 3 weeks ago for an oil change and for warranty work to check my AC since it wasn't cooling well and my Entune system since it reboots at will. When I arrived today I was told all they can do was the oil change since the technicians aren't in on the weekend. I asked why someone didn't call me stating this since I'm 1 hr away and I would have rescheduled when a technician was available. Totally unacceptable. Haley Toyota has been great to me a few hundred times in the past with our family cars. But purchasing my first brand new car with them this weekend just showed once again how amazing they are.
