went to get my airbag replaced bc it had a recall on it and I went and was there for 3 hours and they come back and said we didn't have the replacement part and they would call me and month later they never called to let me know the part was in so I called and they were like yeah its here and I was like well I need this recall fixed so I brought my toyota in 2 weeks later and the people were rude and they took maybe 30 mins to do my recall! don't say it's gonna take 3 hours when it doesnt! Went today after chatting online for a car showing price at 11686, drove from Rocky mount, when I got there rude used car manager had changed price to 16,900 saying he had fat fingers and put the wrong price. Didn't ask if we were still interested just turned and walked away. Will take my cash somewhere else.
We bought here because they were the only dealership that had the truck we wanted spec'd exactly how we wanted it. The sales manager, salesman, and other folks we dealt with (one exception) should be fired.
