Dishonest Inconsistent charging. Previous haircuts have ranged from £10.00 to £15.00. Today £19.50. Get a quote first. When I questioned those charges, the owner became very defensive. Guilty conscience??

I have had my hair done by Julie for years now even before Hadleigh hairloom opened up. I am always so pleased with the result. They are a lovely kind, friendly bunch in there. Prices are reasonable and increases do occur as with any business but this is always made very clear to clients in advance. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you for making me welcome and advising me on how to best look after my hair.

Had a lovely experience at the salon. Emma was very professional and approachable, she listened to what I wanted done and did amazing job. While my highlights were developing I was offered drinks and could relax as the salon has calm atmosphere and everyone is friendly. I will definitely go back.
