After 2 years of filing with them online for free they have a glitched the site on phone and no way to rid the pro review or rid it on the cart I deleted my profile they also proposly held up my taxes for this no more

Terrible, I Filed Feb 6th. My refund was returned due to tax breaks. I resubmitted it on the 12th of Feb. On H&R Block it said pending. I eventually called ******* on the 24th to verify everything. I was then informed that my return was rejected on the 12th. ****** from H&R Block notified me via text or email. I waited then another week to get everything solved. It was an error on H&R Block end. I was accepted on March 7, 2021. I have 3 different accepted dates on H&R Block. The chat option is terrible, nobody knows anything... read more

Terrible company very bad mistake not a very good ********* some can learn from many others mistakes.never use ********* to file your taxes.So many more options available most ********* and some are even free.Plus you will get paid faster

Tried to use ex *** tax services. No response despite multiple inquiries. Spent all day on the phone trying to delete account. Staff rude and incompetent.

I did my return with them online on Sunday. Wednesday morning I got a note from them to go back in and review my account and e-file it. But now they don’t seem to be able to find my return information what is going on with this company? I already had to go in and change my information to my password because they didn’t recognize it after one day very disappointed

I’m a returning customer (been a customer since tax year 2015) and originally had an in-person appointment set for Sat. 3/13/2021. I called my local H&R Block office on Wed. 2/10/2021 to switch my in-person appointment for a virtual appointment so that I wouldn’t have to meet with my tax professional in person due to the pandemic. Nonexistent assistance. I have repeatedly reached out for assistance with my taxes and have offered to hire someone and I get absolutely NOTHING from them. My situation is international and complicated and I need help, but NO ONE cares. I get one or two email replies and then NOTHING. Absolutely worthless and infuriating as the weeks pass by with me not being able to file. I will NEVER use HRBlock again.

very worse services!!! I am waiting two hours for phone calling customer services and disconnect my line evenly because no one answers up to pass the business hours. In between , someone from H& R Block picked up the phone but she said she only works for internet services, not software version services.; Then transfer me to on hold....I never have that bad services!. For sure, I never use this software again and never recommend people to use it! By the way, I called for custom services because the software error made reject ... read more

I have always liked H&R block and have used it for well over 10 years. The PC Based Version. And I understand that the Pandemic has left many companies struggling to adapt. But this year the H&R Block software has an issue with the KEY. The number you get when you purchase the software. Since now you do not get a CD but you do get a card inside the software case with the KEY number. You then download the software and when you go to file you enter the key.
