ADC Financial handles the bill processing for my local 24/7 fitness facility. I wanted to cancel my membership and was told top call 30 days prior to my contract ending to cancel and stop auto renewal. It took several emails and three phone calls to receive a cancellation confirmation. We shall see if this actually stops the withdrawal. Do not join any fitness facility that uses this organization or be prepared to jump though hoops if you ever want to cancel. I would recommend paying monthly.

Planet Fitness bought Fitness Evolution, a gym I had joined and allowed membership to lapse, and then cancelled. ABC Financial is affiliated with Planet Fitness and sent me a no-reply email stating I had debt with Planet Fitness and to send ABC Financial a certified letter to prove I had no debt with Fitness Evolution. I have three times attempted to cancel my wife's membership in EOS Fitness in Palm Springs. Initially I was told by an ABC Financial rep. that the membership was cancelled. Still, billings kept appearing. When I protested, I was told my wife needed to call herself to cancel, even though I was the financially responsible party. Effective June 23, 2017, Ms. ******'s account was placed in a pending cancel status with the July payment remaining. This payment was satisfied on July 22, 2017 and the account is now cancelled. If Ms. ****** has sufficient proof her cancellation request was received prior to June 23, 2017, please have her submit it so her cancellation may be backdated.
I really should have filed a complaint. A local gym uses ABC Financial for their billing. Once the 1 year contract was up, I attempted to cancel this recurring billing for 6 months. Each time I called their Member Services Dept. they either told me it would be cancelled, or some new reason why it could NOT (and the reasons were crazy - i.e. I had to mail them a cancellation request through USPS). The people at this organization are the most unhelpful and incompetent I have ever had to deal with. I was activated on military orders several months ago. I called to cancel my membership to a gym. The gym had me call ABC financial. ABC not only did not cancel my account, as I had requested, but also continued to charge me. Worst of all, when I called to cancel for the fourth time they just disconnected my call! They are thieves. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I cancelled my card for a gym. I found out I have an outstanding balance of $327 which they have continued to bill month-to-month. I have called them 4 times, I have mailed in a letter via certified mail, I have emailed them the same letter (which I CC'd the BBB on) and I have been unable to cancel. I will never do business with anything affiliated to ABC Financial again.

Health Club membership was month to month. Talked to ABC Financial in December 2016 to stop charges, cancel membership. Called local club to cancel as well. Unauthorized charges were disputed through the credit card company and dispute was won.
