ABC Finance and ** Fitness took money out of my Checking account without my authorization. when I call they told me that I need to do a writing cancellation form. My membership expired in October and they took the money out in May. I did call and cancelled verbally three times. They told me that they are going to email me my contract but they never do. careful when you do business with this people. they are trained to lie.

ABC Financial is absolutely awful to deal with. I joined a gym that they handle the finances for and, when I moved, I was unable to cancel. I haven't used this gym in a year (because it takes two hours to get to the nearest one via public transportation despite it being within their 15 mile distance) and I continue to be charged. This company was impossible to work with and manipulates those who use their contracts into paying more money. They accused me of lying calling in months prior to my contract ending to discuss ending it as soon as possible, then left me on hold 20 minutes to speak with a manager. At the 20 min mark I hung up. I emailed that since my contract was able to be canceled months later, they no longer have permission to charge my card. Their response? Horrible cannot cancel gym subscription .We tried to cancel with the gym in November and was told I owed one more month. Money kept being taken out of our account. We then got help from our bank to stop payment. Then we started to receive collection calls. They keep charging me and adding fees to my account this is also affecting my credit . Very terrible customer service. After my membership to Anytime fitness was expired They continued to bill me for club services. When contacting them they agreed to stop billing me. Never did. I had to call and block them from my bank. Afterward they sent unpaid gym fees ( after contract) to collections. Common problem with this company as one could see after a quick glance. I will continue to diligently let the public know of their shady business practices.

I walked into ******* ******* to cancel my membership. I was directed to ABC Financial Services. When I called ABC, an automated robot prompts you through choices for the reason of your call. None of the options were for cancellation. I called 3 more times and finally the robot put me through with a representative.
