Verified Renter The neighbors can be quite disrespectful They come and go pretty frequently but the leasing office and maintenance staff has always been there when we needed them.that’s just been our experience and we’ve lived here for about 3 years now.

Verified Renter I love my townhouse. It is cozy and comfortable. I love my out door patio near the woods that give a cabin feel. I love that I can sit on my patio with my fire pit and relax, and cook out. I love my quite neighborhood that feel secure and safe.

Verified Renter Overall the community is nice. The only complaint is how thin the walls are but that’s an uncontrollable factor. It’s not too much noise. And the neighbors respect the rule of the “quiet hours”. But we can definitely hear conversations and music from our neighbors more clearly than other places. Oh and there’s always kids playing in the street which is a negative because cars are coming in and out of the court all day. Their safety and driver safety is my concern with that.
