Verified Renter I love it, everything well organized. Only thing is some people are dirty and leave trash outside. It has a lot of lighting during the day which saves you a lot of light cost.

Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed this neighborhood, it’s cozy, quiet and my neighbors are really sweet. Maintenance comes quickly within a day or two and I’ve had no major issues with the apartment in general.

Verified Renter I just wish that the repairs that were made before I moved in were done properly, and the appliances were replaced or better taken care of before moving someone in.

Verified Renter Just moved in a couple weeks ago and the process has been smooth. The leasing office is very easy to work with and have questions answered. The apartment itself isn't bad, definitely an older building but maintenance and security are solid in the complex.
Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed my residential experience. Visitor parking has been an experience, but I appreciate having a parking space when I come home. I’d appreciate it if ppl curbed their pets and removed the poop they leave in the grass. Children play in the grass or it gets on shoes. It’s an environmental issues. This could be enforced more. Other than that, the staff and maintenance team are wonderful.
