Verified Renter I love how welcoming and polite the office staff is! They are quick response and this is by far the best rental office staff that I have encountered. My only issues with this community is the thinness of the walls and the quality of the homes. They are obviously old, but some parts of the townhomes needs to be updated. Overall I am happy with my experiences here so far!

Verified Renter I actually like the property. It's very pretty when the grass is cut. Maintence is wonderful. Shopping is not far if you have a vehicle. Only thing I hate is the traffic surrounding the property and it would be wonderful if they added a pool.

Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood , clean , everyone stays to theirselves. Not a lot of people hanging around unless someone is throwing a get together. Trash is always thrown away properly

Verified Renter Ok experience. No mice or critter problems besides the seasonal ants. Walls are paper thin biggest turn off. Maintenance gave quick fixes to problems. High rent and increase but nothing is offered in return.
