Verified Renter The apartments are nice, living room is spacious, my 1st year back in Maryland living here at Seneca Bay has been nice, the pool and gym are always nice to have close by too. The staff has been very pleasant as well.

Prime location but very (VERY) old building Cracks everywhere, bugs, and poor daily management
Verified Renter Diamond Ridge is a beautiful place to reside I just wish other tenants would be more considerate about trash removal. Thwy throw it on the ground. And it is drawing rodents. ????

My apartment itself, was and is, a wonderful space and everything I wanted in a home. While that hasn’t changed, management and maintenance has, significantly! Verified Renter Grounds are well maintained, maintenance is quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly. I feel very safe living in the community. I’ve been here for 7 years and don’t intend to move. Location is accessible to shopping, restaurants and the turnpike.
