Robbin Davis This place is crappy. They have the worst communication and are not accommodating. Told me I would have new appliances but didn't get them then when i mention it they try to back out of the liability. Was told my apartment would be ready on move in day but wasnt then told it was rushed. All they say is im sorry and sorry dont help that i cant move my kids in. Not so bad but.... I've been here for almost a year now and the main problem I have are the mice!! Right before I wrote this, a mouse came into my room and ran under my bed. I see the turds on my counter tops and stove no matter how often I clean after cooking. 3 days after I first moved in, I saw roaches in my bathroom cabinet but after the exterminator came, I never saw them again. Great homes and neighborhoods The homes themselves are very nice and the actual complex is usually very quiet and pleasant. Incredibly convenient to the entire Baltimore area. Great storage space inside the townhouse. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that the greater area is not always the best.
OK for the Price Within weeks of moving in we had an ant problem, and then a few months later our skylight began leaking, and then our shower (flooding out kitchen). We were told moving in how save the area was, and then told a month later that the last occupants of our building moved because their sliding glass door had been shattered and everything stolen. Lived here because of the cheap rent, but I would look elsewhere if you have the financial means!
Gwynnbrook Townhomes I moved in Gwynnbrook in May and I must say it's a decent place. The neighborhood is much quieter than I expected and the town home is pretty spacious. I love the fact that I have my own stackable washer and dryer and the kitchen is pretty big. The parking is a bit crazy but they give you the option to reserve a spot for $25. I would recommend Gwynnbrook to people.
