I been here for a year now, since I live in the be... I been here for a year now, since I live in the beginning of the property is nice and quiet but sometimes the neighbors are too loud since the walls are too thin, you can listen everything so better choose a house at the end of the rows. It’s clean and kind of safe because lately it’s been weird people around and jumping the fences so that a little creepy and to much people smoking marijuana in the kids park at night or during the day too. I have lived here for over 4 years and I love it! ... I have lived here for over 4 years and I love it! I love my townhouse and the neighborhood. It’s literally close to EVERYTHING. Also maintenance is quick of course no one is perfect but they definitely try their best. They offer extermination on Fridays so I don’t worry about pest. Rent is lower than most in the area with a washer and dryer you can’t beat it!!
Great place to live The leasing team is the best, They help me all the way from the first day I walked into the office to the day I moved in. Ms. Bates is a great leasing person, she always have a big smile on her face and very respectful young woman.. Again thanks a lot for the warm welcome you guys gave me.... your the best Morgan Properties #1

Terrible If I could give 0 stars I would. The rude women working in the leasing office always had an attitude. My roommate and I had to be relocated after six months because every time we would turn the air on it smelled like gas and they couldn't figure out why after months. The renewed our lease when we relocated without our permission so we had to stay a year and six months. The washing machine kept leaking water on to the kitchen floor. Myself and my roommate told them months in advance that we would not be staying but a... read more
