Not what i expected My townhouse look nothing like the pictures i have no backsplash in my kitchen the paint job was half done when i moved in as i can still see stains on the walls from previous tenant .The landscaping is horrible in my opinion and maintenance staff doesn’t make sure trash is cleaned up daily . It is a lot of children so it’s a lot of littering going on staff should put trash cans in the court yards for the children so they don’t just throw their trash infront of peoples housing. Verified Renter Very much improved upon since the 1990s. Seems a little quieter now too. I guess the real test will come when the weather breaks and it starts getting warm and then summertime. For now, all seems well!

Verified Renter The community is clean well kept. I love the fact that they have poop stands and poop bags comes in handy if you forget yours at home. I relocated from , upstate New York so this is somewhat of a big change lol.
Verified Renter My community is fine. Just the trash can get out of control but it’s nice and peaceful. Not a lot of traffic. The fronts and parking is clean.
Verified Renter I love the location. I love being by Leakin Park. It's a great place to walk and to watch the birds. Great being in Baltimore. I like my bedroom. There is hreat cross ventilation durung the day. And my little patch of dirt next to my patio has tulips growing so I'm very excited. Can't wait to see what else grows.

Verified Renter Neighborhood is really nice, and so are my neighbors. walls are a little thin—we can hear our neighbors conversations, and them walking up and down the stairs. And although the living space is fairly small there is a lot of freedom to make it our own.

Verified Renter I love where I live. The ladies in the rental office is/are pleasant and for the neighbors I did meet are also pleasant. This is the second property I lived in that had /have the best people working for them I been in others and n this is where I can say I can tell people about this place
