Verified Renter Morgan properties are good but this location doesn’t have any of the large amenities that their other properties provide which make this location to high for what they provide. Essentially living here is paying for the amenities at other locations. I have no idea why they continuously raise the rent every year like clock work. Otherwise it’s a nice community

Verified Renter I have been dealing with a cockroach infestation in which the source is 100% known by the leasing office. I reported this over 2 months ago and so did an HVAC team that refused to work on my neighbors apartment. Orkin comes out every Friday (if I request it), but it only helps so much because the problem neighbor literally doesn’t care to do anything to help. Verified Renter I been living here at Gwynnbrook going on 5 years. For the most part it’s a good neighborhood, not really a lot of outside noise. They do keep the grounds clean Howe the inside of the homes could definitely use renovations or upgrades. They should consider a pool for the summer so that the children living here can have something to do in the summer.

Verified Renter Only thing not giving this a 5th star is the thin walls in the units. This townhouse is perfect for single adults. It's a quiet neighborhood. If you live next to a family with kids. It can be a tad bit noisy.
