Yesterday my car got towed to gusts Johnson ford and they were able to get my truck in right away. I called 2 other ford dealers and they told me they could not even look at my truck until next week. It shows who wants the work and thanks to service adviser Keith

This is the sixth vehicle I've purchased from Gus Johnson Ford and it is the only dealership I will continue to shop at for purchases and service. We had an amazing buying experience with Gus Johnson Ford. Our salesman, Brady, was very helpful. He helped order what we wanted, kept us posted on the progress, and took great care of us when we picked our truck up. Ann in finance had everything ready for us, when the time came to complete our transaction. She was well versed in every aspect of the transaction, super upbeat and extremely knowledgeable. When the time comes to purchase our next vehicle, you can bet it will be from Gus Johnson Ford.
I brought our whole family out ( kids and all), the car I wanted to purchase was " being driven by the manager" since that is the " perk of being a manager" they can drive a car ( that is for sale) for personal use. He was out for the weekend so it wasn't available to be looked at / or purchased since it was parked in his garage at his house. My service was great. I always appreciate them looking at all the different check points. I do need new spark plugs, which is good to know. But $350? Um, no. I'll be taking it elsewhere or having my son do those. Thanks!

Hi Heidi, thank you for taking the time to review us! To address your concern on pricing, spark plugs take about 2.5 hours to do on your vehicle. The location of the spark plugs require the service tech to remove the intake manifold. $350 is a close estimate to the total cost after tax and is a consistent price through out dealerships and shops. I hope you have a better understanding of our pricing. Thank you again for your time. :)
Dick, the service writer, treats us well. We tell him what we want done, and it gets done. The techs, there at Gus's Garage, are very knowing, professional, always ready to go the extra step. We keep coming back!!
