I live out of state and am in Spokane visiting. I needed an oil change on my Ford F250 and drove in this morning for an oil change (this dealership is the closest to where we are staying). I pull in to service as there is no Quick Lube as most Ford dealers have. I was promptly told that I cannot have an oil change today without an appointment. I left frustrated and not happy. If your looking for a quick in and out oil change, Jiffy Lube is a drive in no appointment necessary service center. We are sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused but glad to hear you are back on the road!
I am very pleased with the service I got from Gus Johnson Ford. I took my car in and they serviced it within an hour which was fantastic. I will continue to take my car to Gus Johnson Ford because they are very reliable and I know my car is going to continue to get the best service.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Car salesman Lance was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Giving us an opportunity to look at the cars I was interested in. Terry in the financial dept was patient and full of great advice. I purchased a 2017 Focus Titanium and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Nice solid car!
