Not happy!! Took them three times to figure out how to fix a seal! Wasted diesel and time to have to keep taking the truck back. At least we didn't have to pay for them to fix is again but could have gave us a gas card or something or at least wash the truck. Customer service poor poor poor!!!!
Keith in the service department is fantastic! I trust all of my service needs with him! I have also had fantastic service on the showroom floor. Gus Johnson Ford is my dealer of choice in the Spokane area.

After having poor customer service experiences from multiple Ford Dealerships on the West side of the state, I discovered Gus Johnson Ford in Spokane. Darren Gardner and Ann Williams were both stellar in their customer service and dedication to the Ford line of products. For me, it was certainly worth the drive from Tacoma to Spokane to find this level of professionalism and service. You will not find a better car buying experience. Thanks!

Have been buying cars for 50 years & my wife & I worked at a Ford dealership for years. This was by far the best buying experience ever. No tricks. Just a fair deal. Nathan was super great. Ann was finance person & again a great experience. We knew Ann from a previous employment, so felt like family. Gus Johnson has put together a great team!
