I bought my forever car (2013 Escape Titanium) last Feb from GJ. I had a FAB experience. I still call on them,occasionally, with questions. I have never been lead astray by them,🥰 or the service dept; THANK YOU GJ,AND TO ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES "MERRY CHRISTMAS"!!!

Called the service department about my Expedition. The windshield wipers broke on my way to the airport. One side was barely hanging on and the other would go back and forth at all. I was in town from Priest River. Had to wait in Spokane until late to get my daughter at the airport. I have the extended warranty that allows for rental cars. Was told they had nothing available until Friday. I told them I had the ESP. It would not have gotten me home safely. I have a 21-year relationship with Gus Johnson Ford and can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Nate was terrific to work with. Gus always takes great care of us, Ann is a dream! Shop with confidence from Gus Johnson--a man of integrity who knows his stuff!
Dropped our motor home off on Monday morning and was told it would be 1-2 weeks to do warranty work. But we would get a call within a day. So Thursday we call to check status. Rudely told that it would now be more than a month before they get to it. No concern and if we don't like it we can come pick it up. 😡😡😡 As our motor home sits on a lot in a not so great area of Spokane. Very disappointed and maddening!! Don't be fooled by the phone recording that says " your call matters"?!@

Gus Johnson Ford well what can I say ..... well let’s start off with every time I call the service department I get transferred and hung up on been happening for over a year now ! SO I GOT FED UP WITH THIS BULL so I asked for my message to be hand delivered so I would get a call back ... yep you guessed it NO CALL BACK SO I called back a few days later and ask for the manger of the place and all I got was a recording so I left a message to get a call back and it’s been two weeks and no call.
