My truck came back, and the door pillar cover wasn't even installed. This is poor attention to detail. When I experience crap like this it makes me question: what else did they miss? Unimpressive. Better luck next time. BTW: $20 to install windshield wiper blades. You must be joking??? They didn't even warn me that they were going to sodomize my wallet for 3 minutes work. What's the labor rate... $600 an hour?
Great service had my truck tow in after hours friday night had it back saturday afternoon.

HORRIBLE. After our car was broken into in August, we were told we have to go through a specific glass company in order to not have our warranty voided. As a result, the glass company damaged my car further and was unable to fix it themselves, they told me to go back to Ford and they'd be held liable for the charges. Well, here I am almost THREE MONTHS later. And all Ford has done is ignore my many attempts to contact them. I've sent emails. Gone in, in person. Left voicemails. Unfortunately, this is something the Glass company is going to have to fix. If they were to bring the car to us and pay for the damages we would have no problem working on your vehicle. Had my 04 F250 in for 90K service, dropped off at 8:30AM, it was done at 4:30 PM, over $700 later it was returned with oil and grease finger and palm prints on the hood, grill and bumper. This is not the first time, After every oil change it gets returned this way often with oil spilled on the motor, this time they cracked the fuel filter cover (over torqued?). Their wish has now become true I will never take my vehicle there again, I will drive up north to Wendle, or to Coeur d' Alene Tom Addis from the Valley, if they cant... read more
