We purchased a used F350 last week and had the pleasure of working with Ron, Gus and Ann. All three were respectful, polite and courteous. The purchase went smoothly and they honored their promise to fix items we found lacking. The financing portion went extremely well and Ann worked hard to get us the best rate. Went in to purchase a new SUV and got a salesman who didn't like talking to a woman! He went straight to my husband who was sitting in our car, and when my husband said to talk to me, he had the nerve to say to me "he was too lazy to look so he sent you out instead!" Too bad....We went right to another Ford dealer and bought a brand new rig. Wow does he need sensitivity training! Hey Ed - women buy new cars too! Gus Johnson is not the place to shop!!!

Had the best experience dealing with Jeff in the service department. We were on our way home when our truck broke down and we blind dialed Gus Johnson ford on a late Saturday afternoon. Jeff was super kind and more than helpful. Would 100% recommend working with this service dept.

The POOR service at Wendle made up our minds to look elsewhere for our new car needs. Gus personnel filled our needs. They were friendly and helped pick out our new car. Will take all my vehicles to Gus even though it is farther away.

Took my truck in a couple of weeks ago to get some noises checked out the dealership couldn't find any noises. Dan the service manager personally called and went on a test drive and researched the problem himself. He called me a couple days later with a couple of suggestions and after some minor work I finally figured it out. Thank You.

Just moved over here from the West side. Been needing to get some warranty work completed on my F150 - I kept getting the run around by the local Ford Dealership so I decided to check out the Spokane Gus Johnson dealership once I got moved over. Made the appointment online - brought the truck in. They wanted it all day so they got the courtesy driver to take me home.
