I only gave Gus a four star rating because I was told my car would right out and it was about a half hour later that the car was brought around front. Other than that the service has always been five stars. All of the staff are always friendly and very helpful.
We came in to get the code for our truck door. You had us out of there in less than 10 minutes and we didn't have an appointment! Thanks so much!!

I just wanted to take a moment and edit my previous review of your dealership. It shouldn't hold true that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch and I also understand that people have bad days. After talking to the sales manager about what happened last week, I see that the folks at Gus really care about the dealership's reputation and honestly try to earn your business. Thanks to those who saw to my issue quickly and professionally. I will be back.
I took my 09 expedition into Gus because my phone would not sinc up and the car health report said I just needed a update. After waiting over an hour I was told the car needed a new computer at a cost of over 800.00. I said I would think about it. I went home and told my husband what happened. My husband said he wanted to try disconnecting the batterie to reset the computer. Since he did that I haven't had any more problems with the phone sincing or any problem with the computer. Vannessa - Thank you for your review. We see that you visited our service department one year ago on 6/17/2014. By unhooking your battery you may have reset the sync system, however the "Apim Module" will not configure to Ford's latest version as module is faulty. You may experience issues down the road with your sync. We are sorry you felt like we were dishonest, however we identified a problem and were trying to solve it for long term results. Thank you.
Bought 2 vehicles from them! When my husband and I purchased the 2nd vehicle, our salesman took into consideration that we previously bought with him, and didn't even haggle over anything. We even had them put remote start in because the vehicle didn't come with it.
