Service dept. couldn't be more flawed in their system. My truck has been there weeks. I called to check up, and the response to my questions were beyond pathetic. The diagnosis had not been confirmed yet, even though it was looked at. Who knows how much time was actually put towards it as I was informed that incoming vehicles (5-8 daily) were priority over my vehicle that had been there a month. So, they take breaks working on it.
